This is an on-site position, so the candidate should work remotely (as a private entrepreneur) for the first 4 months (probation period) and relocate to Tallinn after that (supported by ADM)
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing all the technical elements related to ADM Cloudtechs daily work. Starting from helping to select tools and technologies to complete any given project, up to defining what will be in our toolbox to manage our operations.
- Helping project managers and technical teams to set project technical scope and define the work into ticket-sized chunks.
- Supporting project management and sales with technical knowledge.
- Training, mentoring and supporting our technical staff.
- Building and running training plans for our technical staff.
- Supporting the team lead in technical recruitment.
- Selecting, designing, and building ADM Cloudtechs technical tools and processes to support our services.
- Basically taking care of all our technical requirements by utilizing the people and other resources available to us.

- Cybersecurity hygiene is by default encoded into all your thoughts

To help the candidate understand a little better. This position is not a team lead position. They will not have to take care of team members' happiness amp; satisfaction, budgeting, and other related things. However, this position goes in tandem with our Team Lead supporting her with all the technical aspects of the ADM Cloudtech team. The responsibilities are explained in the job ad but I hope this will make it easier to understand what kind of person we are looking for.
PS! Team lead (and PMs) don't have a technical background and that is one of the reasons we are looking for someone with such a background to support the team's growth and development.
Equipment.
ADM will provide a Computer (PC). PC and Windows is a requirement for this position.
After the probation period, if already not in Estonia, we will relocate them to Estonia. We will get an agency to support the move, help find a home, family GP and so on. We will cover the cost of coming here but we will not pay for the housing or other living expenses.
