As our KYC/KYB Specialist, you will be based in Tallinn in addition to the existing Compliance team. The position is crucial in supporting the Company to achieve our ultimate goal of making financial markets accessible to everyone. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

• AML/KYC checks including Enhanced Due Diligence;
• Perform transaction monitoring;
• Providing advice and guidance to all business lines;
• Conducting Compliance reviews and writing reports;
• Ensuring high quality deliveries and stakeholders’ management;
• Ensuring compliance with AML laws and sanctions and assisting with reporting suspicious transactions to FIU;
• Advising on various compliance matters and handling compliance aspects of multiple projects undertaken by the business;
• Maintaining, regularly reviewing, and improving internal regulatory manuals, policies, procedures, risk assessments, and relevant systems;
• Supporting internal and external audit projects and ensuring that such projects are completed in a timely manner and with the necessary deliverables;
• Keep up to date with relevant regulatory changes and guidance issued by regulators, performing impact assessments and making recommendations on how to appropriately address these to ensure proper and effective implementation.

• Bachelor’s degree (Compliance certificate is a plus);
• Solid background and experience in banking and finance or similar area (work experience in a bank’s legal, compliance or audit function or law firm would be an advantage);
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently, follow deadlines and effectively manage time;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way;
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results;
• Full working proficiency of English and Estonian is a must have other languages considered an asset

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious person, who is passionate about AML/ CFT. Our ideal Candidate is detail-oriented and can see a big picture at the same time. A core understanding of crypto-currency and blockchain technology is an advantage, as is prior experience in FinTech.
