As an Analyst, you will be in charge of

• Understanding the client’s business goals, needs and success criteria in order to come up with the best technical solutions together with the team
• Gathering, clarifying, analyzing and specifying requirements and user stories, creating technical documentation and UI prototypes
• Participating in overall communication and workshops with the client, partners and development team
• Assigning action points to the team, the client and partners

Requirements

You are a great addition to the team with

• 2+ years of experience as business analyst, system analyst or product owner
• Higher education in IT
• Interest in project management to support team lead
• Care about open and honest communication and feedback
• Attentive toward your team, partners, clients and experience of end-users
• Solution oriented thinking and openness for challenges
• Being ready to take responsibility
• Interest in the trends of technology and new business models and applying them in daily work
• Interested to learn and apply agile and lean practices during your daily work
