Finance Generalist

As our new Finance Generalist you will provide support to our Finance Team by managing controlling, reporting, tools management and other financial processes and procedures, globally. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and clarity for the company’s numbers. Preparing financial (crypto) statements and reporting are a large part of the Finance Generalist day-to-day work. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in finance analysis and controlling areas. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the Team and help the company be fully aware of its financial situation at all times. This way we can make the right decisions and accomplish our long term goals together.

• Own internal financial controlling and reporting functions for all company entities
• Establish and maintain relevant controlling and reporting policies
• Assist with the company budgeting exercises and cost optimization (including tracking)
• Assist with the coordination of the company internal and external audits and statistic reports
• Coordinate and manage company tools and access management, from Finance perspective
• Alongside Accountant, manage financial (crypto) statements and revenue recognition on a monthly basis
• Help optimize and maintain employee records during onboarding and offboarding, from Finance perspective
• Help with the company invoicing, AP, AR as needed
• Coordinate and execute on special projects where needed and support other processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a financial generalist or analyst is a must
• Previous accounting experience and expertise
• Ability to work independently and reliably, resilience even during hectic periods
• Great attention to detail
• Good understanding of financial and accounting reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and other relevant computer software
• BSc/Ba in accounting, finance or other relevant field
• Previous experience in finance or fintech sectors
• Expertise in crypto currencies, blockchain technology and knowledge of the IFRS standards is a plus
• Fluent English, Estonian is a big plus
