Our core business is a unique demand response platform that unlocks the electricity consumers’ flexibility. This lets our customers save on their energy bills, reduce CO2 emissions, and contribute to the renewable energy transition. We don’t charge our customers and actually pay them to use the platform.
We're searching for a solution-oriented and proactive Account Manager (or, if you prefer - Customer Success Specialist).
You will put our customers first and help them to contribute to a greener society and earn revenue without interrupting their core business.
This role
- is a key person in building long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- brings clients along the whole customer cycle and owns information of their portfolio
- is a mediator between customers and the organization
Key responsibilities are
- building and keeping a long-term and trusting relationship with the customers and partners
- keeping up-to-date clients status in a customer life-span
- managing our customer portfolio
- updating customer data in CRM and Fusebox portal
- communicating with customers and with internal team
- gathering and resolving customer requests, issues, and propositions
- keeping agreements up to date
- being the first to respond on a customer request
- solving portal issues or highlighting/delegating them to the team
- gathering and analyzing the customer data to improve customer experience
- recurring reports and discussions with the partnership manager and sales team
- managing the internal cross-team efforts to ensure the results
- being proactive in solving internal issues
- gather technical data and pass it over to the aggregation manager
- support the aggregation manager in his communication with the customer
- participating in product development
- making upsell procedures
- getting feedback from new products
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience in either position of account manager or in customer relationship
- Technical education or work experience in related sector
- Proactiveness
- Organized multi-tasker
- Decision-making and problem-solving attitude
- Passion for service
- High-level English and Estonian
