Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team remotely or an option to work in our Tallinn or Tartu offices in Estonia.
At Qminder, you can work with people who have improved the customer service experience for more than 80 million people. We have built a multimillion-dollar company without ever raising a round. We’re still a small team and need someone who is passionate about answering the most challenging questions in design and building a unified user experience across all our products.
- Excellent and persuasive storytelling skills - you can explain complicated topics using various storytelling methods, presentations, etc.
- Good verbal and written communication skills - you know how to communicate your ideas and decisions behind your work.
- Strong sense of visual harmony - your design language is clean and coherent, aiming for a consistent user experience when interacting with all parts of the product.
- High level of independence and trust - we do not have project managers, so you’ll work together with designers and researchers from ideation to execution.
- Data-driven mindset - we have built an extensive research repository and analytics dashboard to monitor our product and user behavior. We’re developing solutions using various user research methods and measuring the impact of what we create.
- Design user flows, prototypes and define specifications for web, mobile and iPadOS.
- Evolve our Design System - design components, interactions, guidelines and patterns.
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product team.
- Make sure Qminder’s product design is consistent, simple, and user-friendly.
