Besides your standard hospitals and government offices, our clients include cannabis dispensaries, military bases, and other IT companies. 100+ clients in 50+ countries with thousands of users and 80M visitors served.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team and help drive the success of Qminder.

• Be responsible for developing the product vision and strategy
  
• Develop a clear product roadmap, oversee its completion and define priorities in product backlog considering strategic goals
• Collaborate with marketing to analyse market data, observe current market trends, plan product launches and develop a marketing strategy
• Collaborate with product research and customer success to analyse customer feedback, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Collaborate with revenue team to develop positioning, pricing and sales strategies
• Organise the development process in the most efficient way and lead the developers team including coaching, planning, and job appraisal.
• Work on improving the existing product by testing it, analysing data, and managing defects
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product and features and act as a subject matter expert

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or in a similar role
  
• Are self-motivated and have the ability to build strong relationships with team members to deliver results
• Are data-driven in your decision making
• Have strong planning and organizational skills
• Are fluent in both written and spoken English
