Product Marketing Manager
Qminder, Estonia

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Tallinn or Tartu, with the option to work remotely. We’re looking for someone who will help us build a digital product marketing strategy which demonstrates the extraordinary features of Qminder’s service intelligence and queue management products.

We are proud of the impact Qminder is able to deliver to our customers, but we need help in spreading the word about our product.

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to build unique product messaging catered to the target market.
• Help communicate the vision and value of Qminder products, both internally and externally.
• Research the market and keep an eye on the competition.
• Plan and participate in the launch of new products and features by developing a clear value proposition, and build solid lead generation campaigns on top of it.
• Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products and find untapped opportunities. Work closely with stakeholders to take full advantage of those opportunities.
• Unleash love for martech and develop automated onboarding amp; product funnel communication strategies.
  

• Have a proven track record as a Product Marketing Manager or experience in a similar role for 2+ years
• Know your way around market analysis and web analytics
• Are familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, AB/MV testing, etc.)
• Speak fluent English
• Have excellent communication skills
• Love teamwork but also appreciate ownership for individual impact
• Creativity
