Head of HR
Mooncascade, Estonia

We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Head of HR to join our team who gets things done even when faced with the most puzzling challenges!

Youll be:

• Leading and developing the general strategy and vision for the HR team
• Working closely with other area leads to ensure hiring needs and all legal aspects are met when it comes down to employment
• Making sure the overall onboarding, exit and benefits plans are clear and communicated
• Developing best HR practices, implementing processes and tools in collaboration with other areas of the organisation
• Organising in-house learning opportunities for people leads
• Leading and mentoring the team of HR professionals
• Creating and executing learning and development plans for your team to support personal and company goals
• Be a go-to person for all employees

Requirements

Professional and personal assets needed for the job:

• Genuine people person, warm and open communicator
• You have a clear sense of how to set the vision for the team, based on company goals
• You make sure HR strategy is clearly communicated and executed
• You want to work with people and have the passion to coach and mentor people in their personal and professional development
• You have experience in running in-house meetings and negotiating with partners
• Self-organized, solution orientated and reliable
• Excellent communication skills: capability of explaining complicated ideas in a simple way, addressing difficult topics, giving and accepting feedback
• Fluent English AND Estonian
• A fun person to work with
• It’s a plus if you:
  • Have worked in a fast-paced start-up or IT environment
