In this role, You’ll
- Communication and interviews with customers and stakeholders to capture business requirements and understand their needs and pain points.
- Identifying and validating business problems to be solved, end-user requirements, value drivers, return on investment, etc.
- Create recommendations based on independently performed analyzes.
- Write functional and non-functional specifications with great details and present them in understandable and actionable ways by the dev team.
- Support the development and rollout of features and functionalities.
- Defining acceptance criteria and performing the acceptance testing.
- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of the Cloudmore product and customer uses cases.
- Work close to product management to align request to strategy and visions
- Execute and own projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
Your experience includes
- 3+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or a similar role.
- Excellent analytical skills and broad experience with requirements engineering.
- Working with a SaaS product or in software development.
- Sufficient technical expertise to be able to liaise between business and technical counterparts effectively.
- Collaborating with company stakeholders and presenting your work.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
