Requirements
You AreA resourceful and flexible team player who can set goals and direction for yourself. Taking the initiative and suggesting improvements comes naturally to you. You’re good at creating a coherent structure and extracting what’s relevant from a sea of information. You’re detail-oriented and enjoy diving deep into technical documentation. You will be a key player in building up the integrations department in Cloudmore.
- Plan and execute research to understand customer use cases for the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
- Identify and extract relevant information, put it into the context of Cloudmore, and present it to the stakeholders.
- Analyze and give suggestions to software developers regarding Microsoft product integrations.
- Deep dive into Microsoft API documentation and product logic for Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program and Azure.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Partner Center and Azure Portal.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft product news and updates and communicate relevant insights to the product team.
- 2+ years as an analyst or a researcher.
- Working with software developers and integrations.
- Analysis work with APIs and integrations.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Having experience working with Microsoft CSP, O365 and Azure is a plus.
