Job Description

As our new Customer Support Agent (Portuguese-speaking), you will be part of the Customer Success Team based in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting our mission to make the financial markets accessible to everyone. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:

  • Dealing with and resolving challenging support cases from end customers (B2C)
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of our Customer Support processes and procedures
  • Collaborating with internal and external Teams and stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Account Management, Product Management)
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Reviewing customer data and identifying potential AML/KYC red flags if and as required
  • Assisting in the implementation of AML/KYC policies and procedures


  1. Native or fluent Portuguese language
  • Excellent English language
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the finance/IT sector
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM tools (e.g. Jira, OTRS, Freshdesk, Zendesk)
  • Dedicated, open, customer and solution oriented personality
  • Ability to work independently and reliably, demonstrate resilience during hectic periods
  • Proactive and kind team player

It would be awesome if you also had:

  • High affinity for digital topics
  • Experience or interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
  • Additional language skills - always a plus
