Skeleton's Marketing department is looking for a driven
Product Marketing Manager
with the vision to match our ambition!
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will cover the overall responsibility of Product Marketing at Skeleton. You would be supporting the wider commercial team and other departments at Skeleton with marketing-related requests as needed. Join us in this journey to save energy and power electrification! We have offices in different locations, so you are welcome to join our team in Tallinn, Leipzig, or Berlin.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Product messaging and positioning
Take ownership of product positioning and messaging, and work with marketing, market research, product management, and application engineering to identify pain points and develop convincing and converting product messaging to differentiate our products from competitors. - Product launch campaigns
Own the product launch planning roadmap from the commercial side, plan and manage product launches, and align activities with the technical and development teams internally, as well as distributors and other stakeholders externally. - Collateral development
Create and update product- and application-specific materials for sales and marketing, including data sheets, brochures, white papers, presentations, blog posts, and other materials.
Ensure all product- and application-specific technical and commercial materials are up to date and aligned with the development teams, distributed internally for sales and marketing use, and any updates are communicated to our distributors on time.
- Support in development of GtM strategies amp; market research
Work together with sales, market research, and marketing to build go-to-market strategies.
Understand the buyer journeys and customer needs, act as a counterpart to market research in understanding industry trends and our competitors. Be the voice of our customers internally, influencing decision-making on our customers’ needs, pain points, as well as competitive insights.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B hardware company.
- Aspires to step into a team lead position in the future.
- Past experience in automotive/transportation/grid/industry/energy storage or other relevant vertical is required.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing.
- Experience and/or skills in copy, content, and SEO are a plus.
- Tools: Experience with Microsoft Office is a requirement. HubSpot, Salesforce, Ahrefs, and other similar tools are a plus.
- Fluent English, and any other languages a plus.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other relevant field.
