Job Description

The client of Eligo Partners is a distributor of beauty and cosmetic products operating in Europe, representing over 200 A-level brands with exclusive rights. The company invites an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager to join the Baltic region team.


  • Active search for new B2B customers and e-commerce channels.
  • Creating and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new clients.
  • Preparing commercial offers and coordinating contracts.
  • Creating the sales strategy for the products of the represented brands and implementing control in different sales channels.
  • Appointing brands’ development (increasing brand value, sales expansion, profitability control), stock planning, assortment, and pricing.


  • At least 2 years of successful active B2B sales experience (in the beauty industry, FMCG, retail - an advantage).
  • Ability to find out the client's needs.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to plan and conduct negotiations.
  • Computer literacy.
  • English skills (at least B2 level), and Russian (advantage).

The salary range for this position is between 1800 2400 EUR netto.
