Job Description

Qminder is seeking a Product Researcher who will play a pivotal role in shaping our product through a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours. We are looking for an experienced researcher who is adept at both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with a strong focus on a data-driven approach.

What to expect?
  • Conducting qualitative research to uncover user insights (employing methods such as interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic studies).
  • Applying a data-driven approach to analyze and interpret quantitative data, drawing actionable conclusions and recommendations.
  • Implementing a mixed methods approach for a comprehensive understanding of user experiences.
  • Leading formative research to inform product development, evaluative research to assess product usability, and summative research to measure overall product success.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into the product development process.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, evolving research methodologies, and emerging tools to continually enhance the research function.
This job is for you if you have:
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to align research with overall business and product strategy.
  • Effective communication skills to present research findings and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Previous collaboration experience with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and PMs.
  • Experience with a mixed methods research, with focus on qualitative methods like user interviews, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
  • Ability to conduct strategic, formative, evaluative, and summative research to guide product development.
  • Experience in product research, preferably in service design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or similar).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English. Spanish skills are a big plus.
