As a Technical Account Manager (WordPress), you will be the main point of contact for our clients, translating their requests and issues to the development team. This role is a blend of technical expertise in WordPress world, business understanding, and exceptional communication skills. DO YOU HAVE...
- Good understanding of WordPress and WooCommerce world without the actual need to code
- experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in an IT consultancy business, experience working with SLA-s
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and build relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability in task and time management
- Fluency in both Estonian and English
WHAT YOU'LL DO...
- Lead and manage the onboarding process for new clients
- Serve as the primary technical contact for key enterprise accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly, create SOP-s, manage SLA-s
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, particularly within WordPress world.
- Work closely with the development team to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements
