About the position

As our Exchange and Custodian Analyst, you will be based in Tallinn and work alongside our Finance team. You will be responsible for producing reports, analyzing data and interfacing with Product and Development. The right person will be goal-oriented, possess exceptional attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Here are some of the challenges you will tackle:

• Monitor trading accounts and generate reports to Management, Finance, and Customer Support teams
• Identify, investigate, and solve client or operational issues and work with Support and Development teams to troubleshoot issues
• Follow given risk parameters of the company’s open exposures in different asset classes (FX, precious metals, cryptocurrencies and other instruments)
• Manage, assist and challenge our crypto trading/market-making partners
• Conduct technical analysis on price charts both on equity and crypto markets
• Conduct research/fundamental analysis on blockchains, cryptocurrencies and equities

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who has experience in finance/investments and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of money.

Main requirements

• 23 years of experience in finance or fintechs; crypto and blockchain knowledge a plus
• Solid understanding of the investment, trading and market-making spaces
• Analytical and detail-oriented profile
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
