We work on a project basis (in the EU and beyond), to this day we have already implemented over 320 projects and currently, we are working on another 45 projects. We have a wide range of clients from the financial sector, fintech, government projects, manufacturing companies etc.
WHAT WE DO
We are set up to provide our customers with end-to-end support in the process of developing software solutions:
- Business need analysis, design of functional and non-functional requirements, system analysis, support for business transformation and IT/business consultancy;
- User interface and experience design and development for mobile and desktop applications;
- Front and back-end development in a wide range of technologies: Java, .NET, Ruby, GoLang, Oracle, Python.
- Complete Data Warehouse solutions from architecture, design and implementation using mainly Vertica, Oracle and Microsoft platforms.
- Avalanche has been the central counterparty for multiple major banking projects in the Scandinavia and Baltics, in areas such as lending automation, regulatory reporting and calculations, integrations, governance, risk and compliance, Basel II/III, Stress Testing, AML/KYC.

You will have an amazing opportunity to work with an experienced and constantly growing team. Your first project in Avalanche Labs will be Credit project in the banking sector.
Requirements:
Java experience
Spring Framework experience
PostgreSQL experience
Experience with integrations (synchronous, asynchronous, direct DB connection)
Workflow development skills (Java or some low-code BPM solution) would be appreciated
Experience in banking sector
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design:
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, goals, and constraints
Conducting feasibility studies and evaluating different technical options
Creating a solution architecture that meets the business needs, including defining system components, interfaces,
and data flow
-Technology Selection and Integration:
Assessing and selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with the project requirements
Designing the integration of various systems, ensuring compatibility, data consistency, and smooth communication between components
Defining standards and best practices for development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- System Modeling and Documentation:
Creating architectural diagrams, system models, and technical documentation to communicate the design and
structure of the solution
Documenting key decisions, assumptions, and rationale behind the chosen architectural approach
Ensuring that the documentation is clear, comprehensive, and accessible to the development team and other
stakeholders

Do requirement Analysis and Solution Design mainly for specific business workflow related to particular regulatory requirements:

Do System modelling and documentation for designed solution:
