Are you a dynamic and ambitious sales professional with a passion for luxury cars? Maserati Tallinn is thrilled to announce the opening of our magnificent new showroom in August, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team by example.


Main Responsibilities:

As the Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the sales team by example, setting high standards for customer service, sales performance, and professionalism.
  • Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  • Maintaining the showroom and supervising the proper display of cars to create an enticing and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer service experience throughout the sales process, from initial contact to after-sales support.
  • Preparing and monitoring contracts, proposals, and commercial offers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conducting both cold and warm customer calls and visits to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Performing test drives to showcase the features and performance of Maserati vehicles and assist customers in their decision-making process.
  • Managing client events and actively participating in them to cultivate relationships and expand the customer base.


Requirements

To be the perfect fit for this role, we expect you to have:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, with automotive sales experience being a plus. Experience in the premium car segment will earn you extra karma points.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their targets.
  • A positive and can-do attitude, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members.
  • Fluency in Estonian and either English or Russian. Proficiency in additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, solution orientation, ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to strong ethics.
