Key Responsibilities:

As the Maserati Aftersales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and managing the aftersales operations for Maserati, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies to attract new Maserati customers and maximize customer retention.
  • Maintaining a top-quality repair service, reducing returns, and conducting regular quality checks to meet the highest standards.
  • Hiring, training, and motivating the aftersales team to deliver exceptional performance and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with Maserati customers, addressing any concerns promptly and ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve aftersales performance.


Requirements

To thrive in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in aftersales management within the automotive industry, specifically with a focus on luxury brands like Maserati.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding aftersales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team of aftersales professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of aftersales processes, including service operations, parts management, warranty management, and customer retention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages, is a plus.
