Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Front-End Lead for our client in the gambling industry, who would lead the team "to the stars!" :)
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years of experience with VueJS 2/3Proven leadership experience, leading and mentoring a team of front-end developers in an Agile environmentStrong proficiency with ES6+ standards, showcasing in-depth knowledge of modern JavaScript features and conceptsSolid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript conceptsExperience working with micro front-ends, such as Module FederationDemonstrated ability to architect and integrate front-end applications within a micro front-end architectureFamiliarity with SEO principles and web performance metrics, including WebVitals, is a plus. You should possess a good understanding of optimizing web applications for search engine visibility and delivering exceptional performance.Expertise in browser testing and debugging, using tools like Chrome DevTools or similar, to ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth user experiencesProficiency in Git version control and CI/CD processes, enabling effective collaboration, code reviews, and continuous integration practiceExperience with tests, including unit, e2e, and integration tests
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support in their professional growthCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, designers, and product ownersArchitect and implement front-end solutions using VueJS, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniquesDrive the adoption of micro front-end architectures, such as Module Federation, within the team, ensuring seamless integration and scalability of front-end applicationsConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to established standardsCollaborate with the testing team to establish and maintain robust test suites (unit, e2e, integration) to ensure the stability and quality of front-end codeStay up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and frameworks, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.Collaborate with other Tech Leads and stakeholders to align technical strategies and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
