We are hiring a Senior Project Manager (m/f/x) to take the lead of technical commercial projects. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate and coordinate activities with our global teams as well as directly with top-notch customers!

Your main tasks will be:
- You oversee all aspects of project management from the tendering phase to project completion, including taking responsibility for project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- You develop detailed project plans and track the progress of each project, managing risks and changes along the way.
- You work closely with development, commercial, operations and other internal and external partners.
- You own the budget. You track spending against plan and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability target is met.
- You report progress and performance regularly to Stakeholders and capture the lessons learnt.
Requirements
We are sure you are the one if you can check the box for at least 75% of the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of Project Management related experiences in a Manufacturing or Technology company.
- Excellence interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, including attention to detail and maintaining proper documentation.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Good awareness of both Waterfall and Agile project management techniques and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is required, but fluency in German is an extra asset.
- You work well independently, are comfortable in taking decisions and are a reliable colleague.
- PMP or similar certification will give you an extra edge.
