IT Service Desk Specialist

Currently we are looking to hire an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be a key member in our infrastructure team. We are looking for an individual who is a problem solver by nature, solution finder and easy to liase with users.

As an IT Service Desk Specialist in Admirals you will be:

• Assisting our users in their day-to-day tasks.
• Responding to call for assistance and escalating issues to other team members if needed.
• You will have to be inquisitive to look for possible solutions to problems that our users encounter.
• Helping users with their accounts.
• Keeping our guidelines up to date and sharing them with other team members.
• Setting up new workplaces
• Access management
• Email/Jira/Teams support
• Troubleshooting of hardware/software problems

Requirements

You are our next IT Service Desk Specialist if you have:

• Good English skills, both spoken and written
• Relevant IT degree and/or study

• Good communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Windows
• Good analytical skills

• Good Russian skills
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Jira, Mac OS and Linux
