Financial Controller
TIKTAL OU, Estonia

• Managing tasks within the Finance team at a strategic level, with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Ability to restructure existing and re-organise current processes to create better visibility on Cash flow, P+L, Balance sheet.
• Work with Assistant team members to ensure they maintain
• Accounting with multi-currencies
• High volume payments; preparation amp; processing with different payment methods with hard deadlines
• Detailed reconciliations
• High accuracy
• US tax exposure and accounting would be beneficial
• Product development for Finance related areas
• Support queries for finance issues
• Insurance renewals

Requirements

• 2-3 years proven work experience as a Financial Consultant, Financial Adviser or similar role
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred
• Familiarity with the below Software amp; Payment Apps would be useful: Xero, Concur, Revolut, Transferwise, Google suite, MS office
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and statistical packages
• Deep knowledge of the financial industry and regulations
• Excellent analytical skills, along with the ability to create detailed reports and spreadsheets
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Additional certification (e.g. CFP or CFA) is a plus
