Fusebox is looking for HEAD OF SALES to make electricity systems leaner and cleaner

As our Head of Sales you will identify our partners in target markets and develop a long-lasting cooperation, including those still unaware of Fusebox benefits and helping them to contribute to greener society and earn revenue without interrupting their core business.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional to join rapidly growing company. We need you to help get us from running to sprinting to accelerate our global expansion!

You will be

• developing and maintaining our business development strategy
• taking primary responsibility for the execution of agreed business activities in the target markets
• tracking, reporting, and optimizing the performance of activities

Requirements

You are the perfect match for the role if you have

• worked at least 4 years in a high growth organization
• worked or lead sales teams more than 5 years
• understanding of international business and the challenges of operating in a cross-border environment
• track-record on results
• fluency in English and one more language of the following languages: Estonian, Finnish, Swedish or German, and
• willingness to travel when restrictions allow
