Senior HR Specialist

We are seeking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Specialist to carry out and implement HR operational activities in Admirals Group. The core of the Talent Management team is in Tallinn HQ and we are supporting all our regional departments. So, all you do, has a global effect! Responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing HR Strategy, policies and practices throughout the organization.
• Fulfilling operational duties, such as coordinating employment relations related actions (employee starting, internal changes/amendments and employee termination).
• Taking care of and coordinating new and current employees relocation and supporting on-site all topics regarding relocation in Admirals.
• Own and maintain HR data cleanliness and integrity audits within HR related systems.
• Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build ethics and increase productivity and employee retention.
• Coordinating employee engagement related activities, such as preparing the employee engagement survey, concluding and analyzing the results for effective action planning.

Requirements

• Previous work experience in a similar position and a professional higher education degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or in another relevant field.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced international office environment.
• Solid understanding of labour legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communications skills in English, ability to collaborate with stakeholders in all levels.
• Orientation to details and ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects, sense of ownership.
