HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to join your team to oversee all aspects of human resources in our growing team in Tallinn and elsewhere. You will be helping to recruit new talent to CoinMetro, take care of daily administrative HR matters and contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee the company's recruitment campaigns;
• Manage the employees' payroll;
• Manage the company employee database and basic HR systems;
• Design and implement HR basic and fair company policies and procedures;
• Address HR related employees request (e.g. compensation, regulation, personal issues);
• Detect and communicate with Management any issues related to employees work or well-being;Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures;
• Responsible for employee onboarding and supporting the employee life cycle including benefits education and enrolment, leave support, document management, and termination processing;
• Other administrative and supportive duties (purchases, team events, etc.).

Requirements

• English and Estonian full professional proficiency (spoken and written);
• Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role;
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Good knowledge of labor law;
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills;
• Attention to detail and good judgment
