• Assist CEO by conducting research, gather and assemble data requiring judgment to support strategic initiatives and decision
• Proactively learn and grow competence in the field of the company’s business
• Keep track of the status of pending matters and monitor follow-up action step efficiency
• Proactively manage CEO’s calendar with the focus on efficient time utilization
• Anticipate CEO's concerns and independently handle or suggest a resolution
• Manage CEO travel arrangements and accompany him on business trips
• Attend meetings and events as CEO's representative
• Take care of routine tasks and small, but important things like lunch break etc.
• Perform other related duties as required

• Bachelor degree in fields of Economics, Management, Legal IT or related fields
• 2+ years of work experience in the field of study or executive assistant position
• Excellent English skills, other languages will be considered as an advantage
• Ambition to achieve great heights and determination to work for it
• Eagerness to learn from the best and desire to grow into a managerial role
• Analytical mind, endurance and can-do attitude
• Readiness to relocate to Tallinn and call Avalanche Office your new home
• Driver’s license will be beneficial
