Back Office Specialist

We are looking for a brilliant Back Office Specialist to join our Finance team, and to manage our clients flow and exposure of funds.

Back office operations

• Monitor, approve or reject client payments to and from the trading platform;
• Monitor the balances of fiat and crypto currencies and execute funds transfers as needed;
• Monitor client’s balances/debt and cooperating with customer support to figure out solution
• Monitor and manage currency exposure and adjust as needed;
• Report any suspicious activity to Compliance Team;
• Advise the Customer Support Team on Finance related client queries;
• Test the functioning of the systems upon developing new services
• Interact with service providers and banking partners
• Solve any platform transaction issues that come up

Back office control

• Strictly follow all Finance processes and procedures;
• Ensure that periodic Finance reconciliations are completed;
• Help to further improve Finance control mechanisms by automation of processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
  
• Full professional proficiency in the English language;
• Comfortable working with Excel and data reconciliation, finding discrepancies;

• Critical thinking, independent analysis and conclusion making capabilities;

• Honesty; integrity; reliability and high attention to details;

• Experience in Fintech or crypto is considered as a bonus;
