Personnel Accountant

Founded in Estonia in 1993,?Proekspert, is a full-service digital transformation partner for international customers. With strong competencies in business analytics, data science, service design and service development, we help companies discover and build digital products, and services. We have done and currently doing different projects for customers like Telia Finland, the European Space Agency, and Danfoss, among others. We are now looking for a Personnel Accountant!

What you will do:

• Personnel database management
• Calculation of current staff costs
• Management of staff compensation
• Preparation of reports on personnel and staff costs
• Perform accounting operations

Requirements

• Good mathematical insight
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, accounting software)
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of the relevant legislation
• High stress tolerance
• Fluent Estonian and English
