Who we are looking for?

We are seeking for a talented and experienced with a high-performance Global HR Manager, who will be responsible for serving the whole group of companies with over 400 employees in 16 different offices around the globe. Also, the Global HR Manager designs and manages the internal HR development, strategy for execution of Global Talent Management processes.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and employee development.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive managemen team that provides overall company leadership and direction.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office environment. Must include knowledge of Excel, Google Suite and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
  • Evidence of the ability to practice and coach organization managers in the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.

Qualifications:

  • At least Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development.
  • A minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.

Highly preferred:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with demonstrated executive presence.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical skills with the ability to take complex information and create clear and concise detailed reporting.
  • Very good knowledge of English and one foreign language as Russian, German or French would be a plus.
  • Previous working experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively and influence at all levels of an organization including Executive leaders.
