Account Manager

Our Customer Success team is the client-facing function that takes care of clients and users throughout their journey. We are looking for an Account Manager to join the team to build and nurture relationships with our clients.

To be successful in this position, you need to be a fast learner, a great listener, and a team player with deep empathy for clients and users. You will onboard accounts of various sizes and drive product adoption. You will also be working closely with our Product and Marketing teams, figuring out together how to provide long-term success to our clients

• Ambition to learn and grow. You don't settle with mediocrity and challenge everyone to serve our clients better and faster.
• Never-ending curiosity. No detail is too trivial. You don't stop until you have understood the full picture and made a positive difference in your clients' success.
• 2 years of experience in account management or customer success position. This can't be your first job. We need you to bring expertise to the table.
