Principal Business Analyst
e-Residency, Estonia

As a Principal Business Analyst at e-Residency, you will be our key player in defining e-Residency’s strategy by geographical markets and business verticals. You will provide critical input to e-Residency’s strategy and help direct our marketing and business development efforts for maximum impact

You can see your role as successful if you have an understanding of practical business issues facing entrepreneurs in international settings, in the export sector, or in location-independent cross-border service businesses

Daily, you will be working on:

• Discovering the potential of various business verticals and/or geographical markets from the perspective of e-Residency of Estonia
• Interviewing entrepreneurs and business people in the field, deep diving into practicalities of jurisdictional business problems we could help solve
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis of problems and opportunities
• Preparing business cases, user personas and segmentation for business development and marketing use; helping validate messaging

Business Analyst is a role in the Business Development team and working closely with other functional teams:

• Marketing around value proposition messaging
• BI-Data analytics for insights within the existing user base
• Top management for programme strategy

Requirements

You are the perfect match for the role if you have:

• Worked 5+ years as an associate consultant at one of the big management consulting firms (McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
• Strong interviewing and data collection skills with an emphatic side
• Strong presentation skills to both external and internal stakeholders
• A habit of documenting, writing sharp and to-the-point copy
• Conceptual thinking
• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in business, economics or an MBA
• Full business proficiency in English

You are an even better fit if you know the basics of business law, international taxation, general business administration or you have had personal entrepreneurship experience
