As our Sales Development Representative in the Industrial sector, your focus is to build the pipeline through active outreach to target customers. Join us in this journey to save energy and power electrification!

  • Reach out and qualify to target customers.
  • Find, contact, qualify, and follow up on sales leads until handover to sales manager/director.
  • Track your data and report your results.
  • Stay organized and manage your time effectively in order to complete your goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • Experience in proactive sales for at least 2 years.
  • Determination being independent and driven, you don’t mind going through a few gatekeepers to reach the relevant person.
  • Curiosity you are inherently curious and like to dig deeper to find out what our customers truly need.
  • Strong attention to detail we have big goals and need you to ensure that we are accurately tracking our sales data.
  • Results-oriented you are always looking for ways to improve your process or use your time more effectively to overachieve targets.
  • Ambition we want people who look for innovative solutions to problems. Making a mistake is a learning opportunity.
  • Helpful to customers, team members and team leads.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills in English to accurately explain Skeletons’ value proposition.
  • Rapport-building skills Ability to gain trust and inspire people to give you their time.
