Job Description
Cloudmore is an ambitious Swedish SaaS company already experiencing strong sales growth and has substantial growth plans for 2020/21. Cloudmore provides a class-leading B2B SaaS commerce orchestration solution to a global customer base. We are now rapidly expanding our teams across our international hubs, in Sweden, UK, and Estonia.
As a Product Manager / Director at Cloudmore, you will be responsible overall success of our Service Provider SaaS solution, including building a brilliant product team to manage the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and closely collaborating with engineering team, to deliver a winning product that our target prospects want to buy, and customers love.
You will also work closely with sales, marketing, and customer teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Through the product’s evolution and product marketing performance, your team will support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
The role can be remote or at one of our hubs in Belfast, Tallinn or Stockholm.
As a Product Manager / Director at Cloudmore, you are accountable for:
- Building and leading the product management team
- The product Pamp;L including the delivery of regular revenue and cost forecasts
- Defining a customer-driven product strategy and roadmap
- Product marketing, including developing the core positioning and messaging for the product
- The creation of high-quality market requirements document as well as product requirement documents with prioritization and corresponding justification of the product road map.
- Identifying and assessing third party partnership opportunities
You will also
- Provide competitive intelligence to interested parties
- Demonstrate the product to one or many viewers, online or in-person
- Contribute to product pricing strategy
- Provide expertise and training to internal stakeholders
- Brief external parties such as press and analysts
- Act as a thought leader in the market space and a leader within the company
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager
- Currently be located in the EU, EFTA or the UK in one of the following time zones: GMT, CET or EET.
- 3+ years of experience in a job in the SaaS/software enterprise market
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products on time that meet and exceed business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Must be able to travel
