As an IT Generalist, your main goal is to manage and handle internal IT issues and requests according to SLA. You will be in lead completing onboarding/offboarding activities, such as account creation, outsourcing, and supplying of laptop peripherals as well as coordinating IT training. You will carry tasks related to monitoring and developing IT policies, including deciding and sharing information on work-related procedures.

Your additional workload includes the following:
- Manage cloud environments (O365, Azure).
- Design and implement safety measures and data recovery plans.
- Serve as a security expert and conduct trainings, when needed.
- Manage regular backup, storage, and retrieval functions of critical data.
- Monitor IT systems for proper operation and working conditions
Opportunity to work on:
- Manage networks (VLAN, VPN, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, WIFI).
- Manage servers (local, cloud, Windows, Linux).
- Research, plan and deploy new IT Solutions according to development.
Requirements
- University or vocational degree in IT or similar or at least two years experience in providing IT support.
- Good communication skills, desire to guide colleagues to find proficient solutions.
- Sufficient English language skills to keep the workflow moving.
