You Are
An experienced Product Marketer and a resourceful and flexible team player who can set goals and direction for yourself. Taking the initiative and suggesting improvements comes naturally to you. You’re detail-oriented and precise but can also see the big picture. You can lead yourself, plan your own work and be a reliable partner for different stakeholders.
In this role, You’ll be
- Responsible for owning our Platform and Product documentation
- Responsible for adding and updating localisation (new language packs) by managing localisation agency deliverables
- Responsible for collaborating with Product Managers to create documentation for new features in time for Product releases
- Responsible for collaborating on developing In-App Guidance and Product Tours and Demos
- Part of a multi-functional, collaborative Product team
Requirements
- 4+ experience as a technical writer in a B2B, SAAS environment
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain english
- Great Communication and Presentation skills in Written and Spoken English
- Fast learner, quick starter, great wordsmith with a flair for structure and design
