Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic amp; driven
SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
to join the Skeleton Team at Ülemiste City, Tallinn. Your task is to ensure our sales team can concentrate on sales, while you take ownership of improving processes, data accuracy, and reporting.
WHAT YOU‘LL DO
+ Own and ensure accuracy of CRM data, sales reporting, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasting.
+ Improve sales processes to increase the efficiency of sales operations.
+ Help set up and track sales KPIs.
+ Develop our CRM and sales software stack to better serve the needs of the team.
+ Report to and liaise with management.
Requirements
+ Experience in a similar role, previous experience with Salesforce, PowerBI, and other similar tools highly advantageous.
+ A degree in data science, business management, finance, economics, or similar.
+ Excellent communication skills, as well as a driven, detail-oriented, energetic, and persistent personality.
+ Love for numbers and data, and the ability to think critically and analytically.
+ Fluency in English is a requirement, other major languages a plus.
+ Experience in B2B sales a plus, but not a requirement.
