We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-focused Technical Recruiter to join our Tallinn office HR team, to help us recruit top talents for our teams
Main duties and responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- Manage all communication with candidates taking care of excellent candidate experience
- Source candidates on resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ ability
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process and combining various methods
- Work with candidate pipelines and passive candidates
- Oversee internal and external communication (LinkedIn and social media)
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates, including tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
- Manage other areas in HR on an as-needed basis
Requirements
- A people-person mentality
- Minimum 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience;
- Experience in technical recruitment gives an advantage
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone and in-person interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Capability to multitask and separate the important from the unimportant
- The ability to contribute fresh ideas about how to make our recruitment processes even more efficient
- A passion for recruitment
- Proficiency of both written and spoken Estonian and English
