In-House Designer Visual Content Producer

.As a Designer and Content Producer You are expected to:

• Conceptualize needed visual materials based on requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Develop illustrations, graphics, sales materials, and other designs
• Work with copywriters and partners to prepare the final materials
• Test graphics across various media
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Support sales and HR with ad-hock materials (like ppt or pdf)
• Produce photo and video content both for in-house use and public media
• Manage and update Helmes visual identity materials and brand toolbox
• Meet the in-house demand for various design and video content

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Strong project management and organization skills, a keen eye for aesthetics with good attention to detail;
• Solid knowledge of design and visual principles;
• Experience in working as a designer. Degree in design, fine arts, or related field is a plus;
• Video and photo skills: from setting up the set and shooting the material to a publishable video with cards, subtitles, animations, etc;
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Familiarity with photo and video shooting hardware (from lighting to cameras)
• Marketing and communication-related experience is a plus
• Excellent English and Estonian language skills, both written and spoken
