Job Description
We’re looking for a project manager to join our team. Mooncascade works with clients from sectors like fintech and mobility. Our project managers are expected to work directly with our clients, understand their business, and deliver software projects. You’ll be the face of Mooncascade to our client and essential to our team’s success.
Youll be:
- Managing projects from initial mapping and scoping to delivery and launch.
- Managing the project team and giving them the necessary context and objectives to deliver the project.
- Mapping business requirements and doing business analysis.
- Taking part in the sales process, understanding the client’s challenges, and compiling offers.
- Running agile design and software development projects using the Scrum methodology.
- Building relationships with your clients and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Adding value by doing system analysis, user research, or delivering workshops.
Requirements
Professional and personal assets needed for the job:
- IT project management experience is a must.
- The capability of working in an agile environment with multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills: capability of explaining complicated ideas in a simple way, addressing difficult topics, giving and accepting feedback.
- Passionate about working with people.
- Capable of working through large amounts of information and making decisions based on limited information.
- Ability to manage paperwork and reporting.
- Self-organized and reliable.
- Fun to work with.
- Fluent English.
- It’s a plus if you:
- Speak Estonian.
- Have a technical background
- Have worked in a customer-facing role.
- Have run trainings or workshops before.
- Have experience in system analysis.
