Designer/Team Lead
Mooncascade, Estonia

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Designer to join our team. Mooncascade works with clients from sectors like fintech and mobility.

Youll be:

• As a designer
  • Working with a client and our development team to deliver digital products that create value for the end users.
  • Taking the role of a leading designer and creating, presenting and executing a design process and roadmap.
  • Actively seeking out feedback and constantly challenging both your ideas and those of others on your team.
  • Integrating user testing into your design process, analyzing the results and iterating accordingly.
  • Working with service design concepts, developing user personas, producing wireframes and prototyping.
  
  As a team lead
  • Leading a small team of UX/UI designers. Allocating resources, running meetings and coaching the team.
  • Reviewing the performance of the team, budgeting and hiring.
  • Representing the design team in client meetings and compiling offers for design clients.
  • Gathering requirements from client stakeholders and subject matter experts in one-on-one sessions and through participating in or leading workshops.

Requirements

Professional and personal assets needed for the job:

• Driven by helping your team and your client achieve success.
• An eye for seeing the big picture, understanding how design can be used to solve real-life business problems.
• Experience in designing UX and UI for a digital product (web and/or mobile). Big plus if you have experience with both.
• Expert experience with standard design tools (we prefer Figma).
• Experience working in an agile environment (Scrum).
• Experience in presenting team's ideas and design work.
• Problem-solving attitude, independence and the ability to manage deadlines.
• Fluent in English and ideally also Estonian
