What will you be doing?
As a key contributor to our dynamic Salesforce team within Business Excellence, you will have a direct reporting line to the Salesforce Technical Delivery Manager. In this pivotal role, your primary objective is to play a central part in sculpting our business and marketing technology strategies.
As a highly esteemed member of our Business Excellence team, your central mission revolves around elevating company-wide efficiency and actively engaging in cross-functional projects. Dive deep into critical business and technology processes within the Commercial sector, leveraging your analytical and technical skills to consistently cultivate enhancements. Your role is not just about being part of a team; it's about strategically influencing and advancing our business and technology landscape.
What we’re looking for in you:
- Confident and Analytical Mind: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (French with C2 writing and speaking skills a plus).
- Salesforce Development Expertise: 2+ years of progressive experience as a Salesforce Developer. Proficiency in implementing and developing in Apex amp; LWC (Lightning Web Components). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Certifications and Bonus Skills: Current Salesforce certifications (e.g., App Builder, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or JavaScript Developer I) are a bonus. Familiarity with VSCode, SFDX, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
- Integration and API Proficiency: Experience with APIs and integrating 3rd party applications with Salesforce (ERP, CTI, Marketing Automation tools...). Specific experience with Rudderstack is a plus.
- Adaptable and Agile: Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests. Ideal candidate would have experience working on an Agile development team.
- Self-Motivated and Solution-Oriented: Self-motivated, problem-solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Rigorous and detail-oriented with a proven track record of strong organizational skills and impeccable execution.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate clear, concise communication. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
- Passion for Health Innovation: Health innovation amp; industry enthusiast.
- Collaborative Team Player: Team player with a good sense of humour.
- International Collaboration: Understanding how to work with internationally dispersed, remote teams.
