Job Description

This position entails delivering a variety of products and services across our client's portfolio to a spectrum of clients, aiding HR and line managers in efficiently managing recurring HR processes within their organizations. The role is designed to build and sustain client relationships, fostering profitable renewals, yield, or new business opportunities. The incumbent will focus on Reward/Pay products and Organizational Design, along with supporting the training amp; implementation of these products.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:

  • Engage clients for participation in compensation and benefits surveys, supporting them throughout the data submission process and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Conduct market reviews independently to identify any outliers in the overall database, mentoring junior team members on the market review process.
  • Execute standard quality checks for sector reports, supervising data checks by junior team members.
  • Perform data extracts and analyses to meet clients’ market information needs, both qualitative and quantitative, and provide training to junior team members.

Client and Customer Management:

  • Offer comprehensive statistical analysis on compensation and benefits to clients, reviewing analyses prepared by junior team members.
  • Collaborate with clients independently to identify appropriate benchmark jobs for their internal roles, reviewing junior team members’ suggested client benchmark job matches.
  • Lead client interactions for complex or significant accounts.

Project Management:

  • Lead large sectors to provide operational and client support, collaborating with other team members on sector development initiatives.
  • Co-lead and execute key client projects like custom surveys, global projects, or cross-business line projects.
  • Ensure survey timelines and client projects align with the overall business strategy, keeping all key internal stakeholders in sync.
  • Evaluate the survey cycle holistically, anticipating necessary actions in the short and long term.

Product/Client Services and Solution Development:

  • Lead Total Rewards International and local public training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to devise creative solutions for client needs and requests beyond standard offerings.
  • Strategize on clients' platform usage and recommend future enhancements.

Research:

  • Conduct research, gather, and analyze data to ascertain appropriate salary levels for client jobs in the benchmark database.
  • Identify areas of improvement within assigned sector(s), understanding current pay practices, trends, and key HR business needs.

Internal Communication and Cross Team Collaboration:

  • Support Commercial and Advisory teams in interpreting market compensation practices and guidelines.
  • Communicate sector initiatives and updates proactively to Commercial and Advisory teams.
  • Collaborate closely with these teams to understand client feedback and needs regarding the Data Collection Tool and process, suggesting platform enhancements based on feedback.
  • Create training and process documentation for the Delivery team, taking initiative to train both the team and the clients.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with utmost integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a human resources environment with at least 2 years focused on compensation and benefits.
  • Experience in compensation and benefits administration related activities.
  • Proficiency in questionnaire design, data analysis, presentation writing, and delivery of client projects.
  • Language requirements: Hungarian - native, English - fluent.
